1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Oopsee (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Oopsee is a white-label online booking platform that allows businesses (“vendors”) to accept appointments and class bookings from their customers. Oopsee provides the software; vendors are responsible for the services they offer.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting harmful or deceptive content, or violating any applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments processed through the Service are subject to the terms of the relevant payment processor (Payfast or Paystack). Oopsee is not responsible for payment disputes between vendors and their customers.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by Oopsee or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oopsee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
