Questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get access to new features immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After 14 days on a paid plan, your card is charged for the first month. If you don't add a card before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Starter plan — your data is never deleted.
Is VAT included in the prices?
The listed prices exclude VAT. South African VAT (15%) is added at checkout. Your monthly invoice will reflect the VAT breakdown.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. You connect your own Paystack or PayFast account using your API keys. Every rand your clients pay goes directly to your account — Oopsee only charges the flat monthly subscription.
What payment methods do you accept for the subscription?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Subscription billing is handled securely — your card details are never stored on our servers.
What if I need more than 10 staff members?
