Common questions
Do my clients need to download an app or create an account?
No. Your booking page is a regular website that works in any browser. Clients don't need to install anything or register. They just open your link, pick a time, and confirm.
How does Oopsee handle payments?
Oopsee supports Paystack and PayFast. You connect your own account using your API keys — money goes directly to you with no middleman taking a cut per transaction. You can also accept cash on arrival with no setup required.
Can I add multiple staff members?
Yes. You can add staff profiles, assign services to specific staff members, and set individual schedules. Clients can choose who they want to book with, or you can let Oopsee assign automatically based on availability.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a booking?
From your dashboard you can cancel or reschedule any booking. The client automatically receives an email notification with the updated details. You can also configure your cancellation policy — including how far in advance clients can cancel.
Can I use my own domain or subdomain?
Yes. By default your booking page lives at oopsee.co/your-slug. You can also set up a custom subdomain like bookings.yourbusiness.co.za that points to your Oopsee page.
Is there a limit on the number of bookings I can take?
No. Take as many bookings as you like. There are no per-booking fees and no caps on monthly bookings — the price is flat regardless of how busy you get.
